It's not often that spending time at car repair shop makes you have a more pleasant day and leave feeling more optimistic about humanity. The folks at Paulin's on Forest Ave are SO NICE & also do a fabulous (and fast!) job. We started going there when we got a nail in a tire and our usual place couldn't fit us in for 3 weeks. Paulin's had us in and out that same day in half an hour! They've now done our brakes and other maintenance as well, and their prices are super reasonable. I just love this place!

Had a very slight leak in my left rear tire. Brought my car to the shop on Elm Street in Saco without an appointment. Was immediately greeted in a cheerful way by Gary Perkins (Field Manager). Explained to him what was going on. He quoted me a very reasonable rate IF they found the issue. No charge if they didn't. Within 90 minutes, he called me, explained what the issue was, and that it had been repaired. Additionally, the other 3 tires were checked just to make sure they were okay. Upon leaving, Gary informed me that if the tire were to go low on air again - - just bring it back in and they'd take care of it. I wouldn't hesitate one bit on going back to Paulin's Tire & Auto Care in Saco!

They gave me my car back with hand-tightened lug nuts and one missing. After hearing some noise on the drive home after they replaced my brakes, I checked the car and noticed a lug nut was missing on the back passenger wheel. When I checked the remaining lug nuts, I could spin them with my fingers. All 3 other wheels were the same. I had decent experiences in the past, but this is inexcusable and I won't be returning.
